I treat numerous patients with osteoarthritis everyday. Turmeric/Curcumin is a spice found in curry powders with anti-inflammatory properties. It has been used in traditional Hindu medicine to diminish joint pain. It is in the early stages of showing potential to diminish symptoms of osteoarthritis.
