These handy tips will help you trick yourself into eating healthy, which will hopefully lead to a change in your routine, and healthy food becoming less of a diet, and more of a lifestyle choice.

Reduce clutter, and keep your counters clear of any junk food. Putting healthy food in front of you will make you more likely to eat it.
Put healthy food at eye level in your fridge so you are more likely to notice it.
Instead of eating food out of a package, portion your food onto a plate so you can control the amount you eat.
Eat something hot every morning within an hour of waking up to boost your metabolism. I suggest oatmeal with peanut butter.
Eat something small every 3-4 hours to keep your metabolism going.
