We are living in an interesting world. On one hand, every day there are amazing new advancements in medical technology. On the other, some of those advancements are technically illegal in some parts of the country.
30 states across the US have legalized the sale of cannabis, so its only a matter of time before everyone else follows suit.

Pain management– A combination of CBD and THC have shown that hemp oil can reduce pain and inflammation, which is especially helpful for terminally ill patients.

Anxiety- Anxiety and stress relate to the limbic part of the brain, which is responsible for our fight-or-flight response. CBD oil has been shown to decrease activity in that part of the brain, making it a helpful treatment for anxiety.
Cancer- The anti-inflammatory and anti-anxiety properties of CBD oil make it a reliable treatment for cancer, in some patients. It also helps treat nausea and vomiting, which can be caused by chemotherapy. There are promising studies around the use of CBD oil to treat tumors, but we really do need more studies and more information to make a truly accurate case for hemp.
Immune System- CBD oil is an antioxidant, which protects your body from the damage of free radicals, protects your gut, and can balance your immune system, which affects your overall health.
As cannabis becomes legal across all fifty states, there is bound to be a lot more research done on potential health benefits of hemp, CBD, and THC. If you are interested in using it to support your health, keep your eyes and ears open for more information.
